Where do you deliver?
Currently, we deliver to the Greater Sydney Area. To check the available suburbs HERE.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Between 7:30am & 1pm
However, if you reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Jason on 0422086665 we will be able to give you a more accurate estimation on your delivery time.
What is your order cut off time for next day delivery?
12PM is our next day delivery order cut off.
What happens if I’m not home for my delivery?
Your delivery driver will leave your box at your front door in the safest place possible! They will also contact you via the mobile you have provided with a picture message of the box and where it is placed.
If you have alternative instructions for your delivery, please add them in the driver instructions section when ordering and they will be sure to action it on delivery.
What if I live in an apartment?
We deliver to apartments of all shapes and sizes! Our drivers go above and beyond to make sure your delivery is left in an appropriate and safe area and provide you with a picture message showing where the box has been placed. There is no apartment delivery challenge we are yet to be beaten by.
With that in mind, if you know there are a few tricks in getting around your apartment block, please put them in the delivery instructions at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery.
What are the shipping options?
We deliver Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. You can choose your delivery date upon checkout!
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not been received by the end of the chosen delivery day and you have the relevant email confirmation for your order, please contact Jason or Phill directly at email@example.com or call Jason on 042208666.
How is my order delivered?
All of our produce is purchased fresh the morning of delivery. All orders are packed, labeled and loaded into our refrigerated delivery vehicles and off for delivery to your door.
We deliver Monday, Wednesday Thursday & Friday. You can order at any time however, the order cut off time is 12pm - For next day delivery only!
Returns & Refunds
What if I need to cancel or edit my order?
You are able to edit or cancel your upcoming order right until the next day delivery order cut off time(12PM day prior).
To do so, you must contact Jason or Phil directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Jason on 0422086665.
What is the return/refund policy?
To refund your product(s), any errors or damages of your goods must be reported within the first two days of your delivery. For health and safety purposes as our product is perishable produce these are not returnable or exchangeable.
However, if there is an error or damaged goods we will offer options to either replace the damanged product(s) or enable a refund.
When will I receive my order?
We deliver Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. You can choose your delivery day upon checkout. Our delivery system works between the time frame of 7am-1pm.
However, if you need to request a specific time frame to receive your order please write within the Delivery Instructions Section upon checkout of your order!
Where are you located?
Produce Drop is located at Sydney Fruit & Vegetable Markets in Flemington NSW. We run our business out of a fully equipt warehouse where we pack your orders and dispatch for delivery.
Where does your produce come from?
All of our produce is purchased in wholesale from Sydney Fruit & Vegetable Markets in Flemington, which is walking distance from our warehouse.
All of our produce is grown throughout Australia.
